Terms of use and engagement
Terms governing use of the Dispatcher Nodecore website and enquiries about development permit payment audits.
Last updated: 15 August 2026
Acceptance and scope
By using this website you accept these terms. Website information is general and does not create an auditor-client relationship. A professional engagement begins only when both parties accept a written engagement letter stating scope, fee and responsibilities.
Audit limitations
Our payment reviews are based on records supplied and information reasonably available within the agreed scope. They do not determine planning merits, compel a municipality, constitute legal or tax advice, or guarantee approval, recovery or correction. Clients remain responsible for official deadlines and for verifying payment instructions directly with the stated authority.
Client responsibilities
You must provide lawful, accurate and complete records, identify known omissions, protect unrelated personal information and nominate authorised contacts. You may not use our reports in a misleading way or remove qualifications and scope limitations.
Intellectual property
The site’s original text, visual design and audit materials belong to Dispatcher Nodecore or its licensors. You may print website pages for internal reference. Engagement deliverables may be used for the purpose named in the engagement letter; templates and methods may not be resold or represented as your own.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care but do not warrant uninterrupted website access or error-free general information. To the extent allowed by South African law, liability arising from website use is excluded. Engagement liability is governed by the signed engagement letter and cannot exclude liability that law does not permit us to exclude.
External material
Links and public image sources are provided for context. We do not control third-party availability, content or privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue.
Contact and changes
Questions may be sent to info@dispatcher-nodecore.digital. We may update these terms prospectively by changing the date above; an existing signed engagement remains governed by its own terms.
