A check before payment is committed
We compare the invoice or assessment to the applicable published fee schedule, land-use category, area or valuation basis and the application stage described in your records. The work is useful where a charge is material, the calculation is not shown, or a revised submission appears to have triggered another fee.
The deliverable is a concise schedule showing the quoted amount, source provision, recalculation and questions requiring authority confirmation. It does not guarantee that an authority will accept our interpretation.
Send the assessment, application description and relevant drawings or area schedule through an agreed channel after the initial call. One calculation basis is included; alternatives and multiple application types are separately scoped.
