Last updated: 15 August 2026
Controller and information collected
Dispatcher Nodecore is the responsible party for personal information processed through this website. We collect contact details and enquiry content you submit, limited technical logs used for security, your cookie preference and engagement records if you become a client. Please do not send bank statements, identity numbers or unrelated personal records through the enquiry form.
Purposes and lawful basis
We use information to answer enquiries, assess engagement suitability, perform contracted audit work, protect the site, meet legal duties and maintain financial records. Processing is based on consent where required, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests that do not override your rights.
Sharing and safeguards
Information is shared only with authorised personnel and service providers needed for secure hosting, communications, record storage or professional advice. Providers are bound by confidentiality and appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are generally removed after 12 months. Client engagement records are normally retained for five years after completion, or longer where law, a dispute or the engagement requires it. Security logs and cookie preferences are kept for shorter operational periods. Records are securely deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
International transfers
Some carefully selected service providers may process data outside South Africa. Where this occurs, we assess the destination or use contractual and organisational safeguards intended to provide protection consistent with applicable South African law.
Your rights
Subject to the Protection of Personal Information Act and lawful exceptions, you may request access, correction or deletion; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa). We may need to verify identity before acting and may retain information where law requires it.
Security and breaches
We apply access controls, record minimisation and appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. No transmission is risk-free. If a breach creates a legal notification duty, affected people and the regulator will be informed as required.
