Our fees reflect the number of payment events, authorities, properties and evidence sources—not the monetary value of the development. Every engagement receives a written scope and price before records are transferred.
Development Permit Payment Audit
One application, one authority and up to 35 payment records. Includes intake, reconciliation, exception register, factual review and final memorandum.
Fee Schedule Verification
One assessment and calculation basis checked against the identified published schedule.
Payment Exception Review
A focused chronology and evidence note for one unallocated receipt, duplicate charge or unexplained balance.
What changes an estimate
Multiple municipal authorities, archived records, several paying entities, poor-quality scans, more than one property and urgent deadlines increase review time. A well-indexed file may reduce it. We will identify missing records before confirming a fixed fee or capped range.
Prices exclude VAT and third-party costs. Travel, certified copies, specialist opinions and direct municipal liaison are not included unless expressly listed. A 40% deposit reserves the review period; the balance is due before release of the final memorandum. See our refund and cancellation terms for changes after booking.
An initial 20-minute suitability call is offered without charge. It is not an audit and does not include a view on the correctness of a payment.
